Usage data: AI modules you run, credit consumption, timestamps.
Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only the subscription state and customer reference.
Content you submit: the SQL / AMPscript / SSJS / text you paste into modules to be analyzed.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide the Service (run AI analyses on your input).
To manage authentication, subscriptions, and credit balances.
To send transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, receipts).
To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
3. AI Processing
Inputs you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini via our AI Gateway) solely to generate the response you requested. We do not train models on your data.
4. Data Retention
Account and usage data are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account (Account → Delete My Account), we permanently remove your profile, credit history, and subscription records within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate metrics may be retained.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (theme, currency). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update or delete your account from Account Settings, or contact us.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with row-level access controls. Passwords are hashed; we never store them in plain text. New passwords are checked against the Have I Been Pwned breach database.
8. Children
SFMC Pilot is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We will notify users of material changes to this policy by email or in-app notification.
