By creating an account or using SFMC Pilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SFMC Pilot is an AI-assisted toolkit for Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers, architects, and campaign managers. Features include analyzers, generators, and helpers powered by large-language models. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Disposable, temporary, or role-based email addresses may be rejected.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or resell the Service; (b) submit inputs that violate third-party rights or applicable law; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits, credit controls, or authentication; (d) use the Service to generate spam, malicious code, or content that violates SFMC's Acceptable Use Policy or Salesforce Master Subscription Agreement.
Free accounts receive limited monthly AI runs (“credits”). Paid plans provide additional credits per billing period. Prices, credit allocations, and features are shown on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
SFMC Pilot uses third-party AI models. AI-generated code, SQL, AMPscript, or advice may contain errors and must be reviewed before use in production. You are solely responsible for testing outputs against your own SFMC instance and business logic. We provide the Service “as is” with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Service, its branding, and software are owned by SFMC Pilot. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. AI-generated output is provided to you without additional restriction, subject to Section 6.
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for extended periods.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFMC Pilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
