Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to Pro features and remaining credits until then. No charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

We offer a 3-day refund window for new subscriptions if you have not materially used the Pro features (defined as consuming more than 10 AI credits in that period). Refund requests outside this window are considered case-by-case at our sole discretion.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@sfmcpilot.com or use the contact form within 3 days of your purchase. Include your account email and reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by Stripe.

Non-refundable items

  • Add-on credit packs, once consumed.
  • Subscriptions past the 3-day window.
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.

Payment provider

All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. Currency conversion and any bank fees are outside our control.
